I am using mmdetection to train Mask RCNN, after validation i got segm_mAP of 0.85,what this value of segm_mAP tells?

IN the mask RCNN paper, the mAP is often referred to as in percentages like 39.1%, but after validation, i got the segm_mAP=0.85 in floats, are they relatable?
