can't parse formula B2^2 + Log[B3]/Log[10]

Question

I am trying to parse a formula with log10 in excel, but it gives an error. Any idea please?

B2=sp.Symbol("B"+str(2))
B3=sp.Symbol(\'B\'+str(3))
C5=B2**2
