How do I rename multiple files that start with “Image” (batch file)

Question

I have a folder full of PNG-Files: Image1.png, Image2.png, Image4.png, ..., Image48.png. I want to rename them like this (same order): 0.png, 1.png, 2.png, ... 47.png.
