Distcc refuses to compile with arm-none-eabi-gcc

Question

I have distcc 3.3.3 (Ubuntu 20.04, kernel 5.4.0, both x86) on both the server and the client. Setup correctly, as far as I can tell, because it works when compiling for the x86
