overflow-x: hidden && display:none, desktop doesn't work , Smartphone works. How fix it?

I need to remove (not hidden) the scroll-bar x. I put display none and ok, it is hidden. In smartphone it works fluenty because with my finger i can scroll on x-axis, i suppose
