In BizTalk BamAnalysis (SSAS) cube data, a time dimension shows wrong hour and minutes (24 hour format)

Question

I have a BAM solution set up and it has a time dimension. I have linked the BAM activity to an orchestration.

I run the orchestration and then new data gets BAM populated
