Shutdown sound can't be played longer than 5 seconds in Windows 7

Windows 7 can\'t play shutdown sounds more than 5 seconds and after 5 seconds, the sound stops suddenly. I\'m not sure about Windows 7 and newer, but my Windows XP could play 13
