How to encode progressive MPEG2, a progressive M2V in FFMPEG 2.3.2?

I´m trying to understand a string in FFMPEG 2.3.2, where I normally encode to interlaced M2V-file (MPEG2). Now I would like to encode the same file but in progressive mode/frame
