In Spring Security for SOAP using WSS4JInInterceptor, how do I conditionally encrypt response message with a different key based on header value

I am exposing a SOAP WS which accepts encrypted message and sends back encrypted response using a public/private cert mechanism. I do this by creating a Wss4jSecurityInterceptor
