Frame showing up on wrong window even when passing in a master whilst trying to implement scrollbar on a frame? Tkinter

I am trying to create a scrollable frame within a ttk.notebook tab by creating a canvas in a frame like I saw in a tutorial. All labels buttons etc seem to go onto the tab windo
