MVC Web API Calling legacy .Net VC++ is not working while Console application calling the same .Net VC++ is working

Question

I am having a third Party VC++ DLL which being called on .net(c#) class library(My Local Business) and finally, it is used in frontend(Winform / Console) .net application.
