Airflow: a strange error,UnicodeEncodeError: 'latin-1' codec can't encode characters in position 632-637: ordinal not in range(256)

Question

I have no idea how to use python ,
I just wanna install airflow to do some task scheduling.
yesterday I used it well and nothing is going wrong until I have changed
