WinDbg “invalid access to memory location” - InitializeProcThreadAttributeList

Question

I\'m relatively new to WinDbg, so I\'m hoping this is just something obvious I\'m missing. I have a .NET assembly that contains the function calls InitializeProcThreadAttrib
