Trying to solve “Process was not healthy even after 90 seconds” with Maven Exec Plugin on JDK11.0.9

I am trying to get a plugin to run on Jenkins using JDK 11.0.9 but I am getting an error stating Process was not healthy even after 90 seconds this plugin works
