PHP how to convert dd/mm/yy to yyyy-mm-dd

Question

I\'m trying to convert convert dd/mm/yy to yyyy-mm-dd. After i researched several methods and I found this.

$var = \'20/01/2021\'; 
$date = str_replace(\'/\',
