Play Some Greeting message at first when I dial any extension in Asterisk?

I have 2 extensions 1101 and 1102, Both are different softphone. Let\'s take a scenario, I dial 1102 from 1101 and 1102 ringing, but whenever 1102 answer the call 1101 heard
