Set<String> set = new HashSet<String>();
set.addAll(mArrayList1);
scoreEditor.putStringSet("key", set);
scoreEditor.commit();

//Retrieve the values
Set<String> set = new HashSet<String>();
set = myScores.getStringSet("key", null);

Here you change the taskclass as itemclass.
