jQuery Sortable connect two lists. Can I make the first list NOT sortable but copy item to the second list? The second list is sortable

Question

is it possible using the JQuery Sortable code to be able to drag an item from List1 and COPY it to List2? Also, can List1 be non-sortable i.e. the order cannot be changed?
