Terminal in Mac is giving one less count than .CSV or Excel file. I have tried different solutions - SED, CAT etc. No Avail

For my question, I am using the wc -l function and getting one less result in terminal vs. the file itself. These are all logs pulled from GHE using the relevant repos.
