opencv throws.“SEHException: 'External component has thrown an exception.” trying to convert grayscale to rgb

Visual Studio 2019, C++.

using opencv cvtColor function, I\'m trying to convert captured frame from webcam to RGB.

for some reason, using the COLOR_GRAY2RGB, i
