Why iOS WebRTC keeps disconnecting and reconnecting in LTE/4G of certain carriers

WebRTC calls work fine in Wifi, VPN and most cellular carriers. Sometimes the peerConnection keep disconnecting and reconnecting thus breaking the audio.
