How do I merge two dictionaries keeping max value again common keys?

Question

I have two dictionary that look like:

{\'r\': 2, \'e\': 4, \'h\': 2, \'k\': 4}

and

{\'r\': 2, \'e\': 5, \'y\': 2, \'h\': 2}
