Android Support 0 devices SignalR

Question

I am having a issue with submitting my app to the google play store because every time i upload my APK I get a \"Android Supported Devices : 0\"

I modified the jar files that were causing the issue. Use this copy if you are having issues with android supporting 0 devices.
