I have install a xampp on virtual windows aws ec2 instance but that xampp not allowing https for localhost .how to resolve this question?

there is ec2 free tier instance on cloud and I have purchased the domain from GoDaddy and connected with Cloudflare now I added DNS IP of that instance in Cloudflare setting
