Extract post-alveolar consonant (ŋ, k, ɡ, ʔ) using regular expression

I have a text file that contains a lot of post-alveolar consonant like ŋ, ɡ, ʔ... etc I need a regular expression to find the line that contains those post-alveolar and GREP
