Apache poi-ooxml error in reading a xlsx file: class org.apache.commons.compress.archivers.zip.ZipFile$1 is not implementing InputStreamStatistics

I am using apache ooxml to read and write excel file and getting the below exception.

I see some post in stackoverflow with the same issue. But none helped to resolve
