ruby doesn't run on atom although insalling all its packages and installing updated version

Question

when i run a ruby script on atom i get this error "need to run as root or suid", i\'m using linux mint. my atom is Atom : 1.50.0 Electron: 5.0.13 Chrome : 73.0
