Installed 13.3 P5 Tosca but don't see Excel module under Standard modules of Tosca

I installed 13.3 Patch 5 in my machine wherein earlier I have 12.1 P5. After installation I don\'t see \'Excel\' module under Standard Modules->TBox XEngines. Can anyone
