Not specified PPID in SCTP packet after using SSH over SCTP (with Socat) along with port forwarding

Question

I have generated a SCTP packet with PPID=3 (Payload Protocol Identifier is M3UA) in PC1 and I want to process it in server PC3 through server PC2 using SSH
