UIViewRepresentable updateUIView() strange behaviour when using .sheet()

I just found some strange behaviour of SwiftUI\'s UIViewRepresentable. I\'m not sure if this is a bug, or my mistake in understanding SwiftUI. I\'ve made small reproduction
