Why When I Change the WSDL Path on CFX Wsdl2Java on POM, the WSDL Files are not Being Generated?

I am using a .wsdl file to generate @WebServiceClient and when I have the .wsdl file in "Resources" directory with the POM configurations below, it generates a new
