ArcGIS Deep Learning: AttributeError: module 'name' has no attribute 'install_deep_learning_model'

Question

I am using Python for an ArcGIS Deep Learning problem and I am loosely following this tutorial (https://developers.arcgis.com/python/guide/object-detection/). I have added m
