Certbot keeps writing subdomain SSL config to 'default' in nginx instead of specific subdomain conf file

Question

I created a LetsEncrypt SSL config for my domain (let\'s call it domain.com). Prior to this, I created an nginx configuration for my domain under /etc/nginx/sites-avai
