How do I 'Move' a whole Django project 'down' a URL prefix i.e. (localhost ---> localhost/APP_NAME/)?

I\'m aware I\'m probably not using the correct terminology, but when i developed my Django project it would sit on the root URL

i.e. http://localhost/SECOND_APP where
