Are There a Function that allow creation of file with 2 arrays like this [1,0,17],[1,0,0]?

how can i create a file of many lines that contains in each line 2 Arrays like this [ 3. 3. 6. 7. 8. 2. 11. 11. 1. 3.] [1 1 0] i tried with this code but i get just o
