Why is Envision unable to run a flow, and why won't Envision display links created via DHF flows?

I\'m using:

• Marklogic v10.0-4
• Data Hub Framework v5.1.0 (I pointed Envision at a test bed data hub I had worked with a year ago)
• Envision v2.0
