How to automatically Load Updated Data from S3 to Redshift using python-boto3, psycopyg2?

Question

A new csv file is generated from an application everyday into a S3 bucket. How can I UPDATE my Redshift table with this data using lambda-PUT object ,python, boto3, psycopyg
