Bluetooth scanning not finding any bluetooth device in Android (Sometimes)

Question

When scanning for Bluetooth LE devices, sometimes (randomly it seems but often) it doesn’t find any Bluetooth devices. Most of the times it works fine. Al thought we’ve seve
