Error App crashes at start.net 5 asp.net core MVC with identity on Ubuntu server 20.04LTS mysql entityframeworkcore

I have An application crash while deploying my MVC web application on the server. It works fine on my local visual studio but crashes when started on my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
