3rd party library for Qt QNetworkConfiguration and QNetworkConfigurationManager classes

Our dev environment:

OS: Windows 10 and Mac OS latest Qt: 5.15.2

QNetworkConfiguatoin and QNetworkConfiguratoinManager, these classes are obsolete in Qt 5.15.2
