Rotate an image using ARCore Frame.Pose in flutter project

Question

I use arcore_flutter_plugin (https://pub.dev/packages/arcore_flutter_plugin) in my project. I want to rotate 2D image (Compass) to blue sphere. See screenshot The sphere app
