External Disk in CentOS not showing as in /dev/sd* (lsblk/fdisk) however visible under lsusb and usb-device

I am trying to mount the Seagate external drives in CentOS as appearing in lsusb. sdb2 is the partition but I cannot locate it. How to mount the sdb as it is availble in red
