Why is my Custom Three Legged OAuth Flow (via Oracle Integration Cloud REST connector) failing?

I\'m trying to set up a REST connector in OIC that will allow me to make the following call (which works fine via the Microsoft Graph Explorer) and retrieve employees\' phon
