Not able to throw (1062, “Duplicate entry 'xxx' for key 'group_key'”) when doing Error based SQLI for specific table

Question

Just for the context, this is a CTF and the goal is to extract data out of a SQL database. (MariaDB 10.1.37). The only way to get information out is to use Error based SQLI.
