Insert Query in Python Tkinter throwing error :mysql.connector.errors.ProgrammingError: 1064 (42000): You have an error in your SQL syntax

I have taken checkboxes in TKinter , I have to get value from checkbox and save to table. But i am getting stucked while insering values.
