vim: Could not load library libpython

Question

I don\'t get vim to work with python support. I compile vim 7.4.972 with the following configuration:

./configure --enable-shared --with-features=huge --enab

Try adding the lib directories to /etc/ld.so.conf and running ldconfig. Another possible solution might be adding the directories to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable. – Jason
