Convert kCVPixelFormatType_420YpCbCr8BiPlanarFullRange (420f) to 422yuv or nv12

420f seems to be equal to nv12, but somehow it isn\'t. When I tried reinterpreting CVImageBufferRef (which is 420f) as nv12, here\'s what I got.
