Adding a two-factor-authentication by Google (Google authenticator) to existing project with win authentication and database (ASP.NETCOre 3.1)

anybody knows how to implement it? It\'s a bit confusing... I don\'t really know how to add identity to an existing database and aplication which has window authentication.<
