Media Recorder reaches MEDIA_RECORDER_INFO_MAX_DURATION_REACHED randomly before actual time limit

I\'m developing an android app and I\'m using Media Recorder to record audio. I set max duration in my media recorder to 8000ms and it works perfectly in most API\'s.
