PyCharm: Files with changes in different, inactive changelist are moved into default changelist after each commit-workflow

Not sure, if this is feature and not a bug which I don\'t comprehend...

I\'m working on the default changelist in PyCharm [2020.2.3 (Community Edition) Build #PC-202.
